Trusting Life.
I've noticed how easily I can easily get lost in thoughts, making me unaware of my surroundings. I'm sure many of you can relate, and it's crucial to bring awareness to this tendency.
I've also been pondering the power of spiritual connection and trust. Cultivating a deep trust that we are all held within a greater whole gives us a chance to let go, sit quietly, and embrace the stillness. In the past, I used to avoid stillness because it felt too challenging and painful; It often brought up old traumas.
What's remarkable is that this inner transformation also affects our relationships with others and the energy fields around us. I've become aware of how I respond differently to those who are suffering, choosing not to rescue or become a victim of their behavior patterns. It's liberating not to react immediately but to respond with love while learning to be more still and quiet. Moreover, as I deepen my connection to Spirit, I've noticed a shift from being overwhelmed by thoughts to experiencing intense feelings of connection. I feel connected to the natural world—trees, plants, rivers, fields, and the ever-changing sky with its beautiful clouds. By embracing stillness, trust naturally follows, and everything falls into place.
Speaking of change, I've been deeply moved by the meditation assignments submitted by students in our level two program. Witnessing the transformations that occur when we drop into our hearts, become more silent, and follow our breath has been a privilege. It's an invitation to everyone during these challenging yet fascinating times: learn to be quieter, kinder, and more connected. Because, ultimately, everything is alright.
It's an interesting time in the world as things are shifting and changing. I believe trust and connection become even more critical to stay grounded in the moment. We can't change what's happening outside, but we always have the power to change what's going on inside. What's been particularly intriguing for me is that in our level two program, students have submitted assignments about meditation, their meditation practices, and the shifts they've experienced. I've been deeply moved by bearing witness to their transformations as they learn to drop into their hearts, find moments of silence, and follow their breath. It's an invitation for everyone during these challenging yet intriguing times—to learn how to be quieter, kinder, and more connected. Because, in truth, everything is alright. Blessings for your day.
